The Numbers Behind Employee Engagement

August 17, 2016

For the numbers lovers out there, and we know your ranks are growing, Glassdoor has released their Engagement figures for 2015. We’re not seeing much change in terms of trends. In fact, the answers for what makes a company innovative and productive and its workers happy seem as simple and unchanging as ever. There’s no denying the correlation between employee engagement and a company’s productivity, but getting and keeping employees engaged in their work and feeling satisfied is no easy task. It starts by assembling the right crew, and creating a culture where workers can thrive.
