Sr. Account Executive


NextGen Global Resources is a contract and direct hire Staffing and Recruiting firm for the telecom/networking market.  NextGen Global Resources is growing rapidly and looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team in downtown Chicago.

  • Work closely with the recruiting teams to ensure timely deployment of top talent to the client
  • Build and prioritize strategic target client/contact lists within the Denver area
  • Schedule meetings through cold calling and thoughtful outreach
  • Qualify new opportunities by identifying key decision makers, stakeholders, and overall scope of projects
  • Achieve monthly objectives by closing new business consistently at or above revenue goals
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from introduction to ongoing account expansion
  • Network and maintain relationships with key clients and talent communities for short/long term opportunities

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years sales experience in staffing industry
    • 2+ years’ major account sales experience
  • Experience in the Tech arena (i.e. – Telecom, IT, etc.)
  • A sense of urgency, excellent presentation skills and a high standard of professionalism and character are musts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Agency recruiting experience strongly preferred
