Regional Director

NextGen Global Resources is hiring a Regional Director to join our team in Dallas, TX. Position requires 5+ years Staffing Industry experience, preferrably in the Technical, IT or Telecomm Staffing field.  

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years sales experience in staffing industry
    • 2+ years’ major account sales experience
  • Experience in the Tech arena (i.e. – Telecom, IT, etc.)
  • A sense of urgency, excellent presentation skills and a high standard of professionalism and character are musts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Agency recruiting experience strongly preferred

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the recruiting teams to ensure timely deployment of top talent to the IT client
  • Build and prioritize strategic target client/contact lists within the Dallas area
  • Schedule meetings through cold calling and thoughtful outreach
  • Qualify new opportunities by identifying key decision makers, stakeholders, and overall scope of projects
  • Achieve monthly objectives by closing new business consistently at or above revenue goals
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from introduction to ongoing account expansion
  • Network and maintain relationships with key IT client and talent communities for short/long term opportunities
