Congratulations to our Consultant of the Quarter, Dave Berg. He has been working with NextGen since 2017 as a Field Operations Technician.

When choosing to nominate Dave for our Consultant of the Quarter, Mae, Dave’s recruiter, said, “Dave Berg is an all-star who succeeds in every aspect of his job. This is Dave’s third placement with NextGen. He is truly loyal to us and has been a Field Engineer since June but is consistently recognized as a top performer. Dave oversees multiple markets first-hand in the field, working long and unscheduled hours to ensure his work is top quality. There have been ongoing challenges and obstacles with booking travel, hotels, rentals, etc. due to COVID-19 but he never complains, he quickly adapts and improves any situation thrown his way. He has a positive attitude that easily rubs off on anyone who meets him. Our Support Team is eager to assist him with any difficult travel accommodations and always comments about how great he is to work with. Dave values and respects the work of everyone, both internally and externally. I always look forward to speaking and catching up with Dave!”

We spoke to Dave regarding his nomination and experience with NextGen. Here is what he had to say:

Q: Can you tell us about your experience working with NextGen?

I have been working with NexGen since 2017. I have had a really great experience working with the amazing team coast to coast. Everyone I have spoken with and have worked with have been very friendly and professional.

Q: What are your future goals?

My future goals include bucket list items and more; continued travel, developing my skill set, finding longer term opportunities, meeting the NextGen staff that I’ve been blessed to work with, and continuing to enjoy life.

Q: What do you like to do in your free time?

In my free time I enjoy travel, motorcycling, flying (I’m working on my glider certification), playing music, cooking, and spending time with friends/family.

Q: Tell us a fun fact about yourself!

I hold a 3rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. I taught for 7 years and competed nationally.
